What hours are you available?

Uruguay is one to two hours ahead of US Eastern, depending on daylight saving. Our workday overlaps yours almost entirely, and we schedule meetings on your calendar, not ours.

How do contracts and invoicing work?

A services agreement with ACLN, invoiced in US dollars and paid by wire or card. We are a foreign vendor, so there is no 1099 on your side; we provide a W-8BEN-E on request.

Who will I actually work with?

A senior, Odoo-certified consultant leads your project end to end, with the engineers behind them. You meet the team in the first call, and the same people stay after go-live.

Yes. We travel for kickoffs, go-lives, training and key milestones, and visit our US clients periodically. The rest of the time we are one video call away.

What happens when something breaks?

You reach us on the channel you prefer, usually a shared chat or email, and a person who knows your system picks it up during business hours. Support plans are agreed before go-live so there are no surprises.
